Rental Requirements Agreement And Limitation Of Liability:
Rental day rates are based on a 24 hour period from pick up to drop off. Weekend rates of one day apply to
items picked up Friday and returned the following Monday by the same time. Weekly rates are charged 4 days
for a 7 day rental (e.g. Tuesday to Tuesday). Monthly rates are available upon request.
Rental reservations require a valid Drivers License and a credit card for a security deposit for the full
replacement value of the equipment being rented and the rental charge itself. Deposit will be held until return of
equipment. If you need to cancel your order please give us 24 hours notice so we can rent to others.
If a courier picks up equipment, I agree to all the above terms and I agree that this faxed, signed agreement is
valid.
I understand in case of equipment failure an immediate phone call to our 24 hour message line is required
before any credit will be considered.
Renter is immediately and totally responsible for replacement value and rental of above property that has been
subject to loss, damage or theft from date of rental until property is returned in a condition suitable for rental or
restitution to Dallas Camera has been made. Renter agrees that Dallas Camera and their owners and agents
are not liable for any damages resulting from malfunction, operator error or unsuitability of use of above
property.
Limitation of Liability. DALLAS CAMERA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIMS, ACTIONS, INJURY, LOSS
OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, PERSONAL INJURY OR DEATH, RESULTING
FROM THE RENTAL. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT
APPLIES TO ALL DAMAGES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING (WITHOUT LIMITATION) COMPENSATORY, DIRECT,
INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES; LOSS OF DATA, INCOME, OR PROFIT; LOSS OR DAMAGE TO
PROPERTY; AND CLAIMS OF THIRD PARTIES. RECIPIENTS OF THE RENTAL AGREE THAT DALLAS
CAMERA HAS NOT MADE NOR IS IN ANY MANNER RESPONSIBLE OR LIABLE FOR ANY WARRANTY,
REPRESENTATION, OR GUARANTEE, STATUTORY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED (INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED
TO, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, TITLE, AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE), IN FACT OR IN LAW, RELATIVE TO THE EQUIPMENT RENTED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE
GENERALITY OF THE FOREGOING, DALLAS CAMERA DOES NOT MAKE ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED
WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS WITH RESPECT TO WWW.DALLASCAMERA.COM. DALLAS
CAMERA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE CONSEQUENCES OF ANY INTERRUPTIONS OR ERRORS
RELATED THERETO. THESE TERMS GIVE YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS.

accordance with the exclusive jurisdiction and laws of the state of Texas. Any cause of action arising under or
